Disputes
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes concerning sales on our website will be the Customer’s place of residence or domicile, if located within Italy (art. 12 of Legislative Decree No. 50/1992). In all other cases, the Court of Verona shall have jurisdiction over any such disputes.
